RESOLUTION 02-44
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PARK PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Downing Development and the Engineering firm of ERG has presented the
Final Plat of Enterprise Business Park Plat 3,and the Waukee Planning and Zoning
Commission approved this final plat on February 12,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,The City council has found this final plat to be in conformance with its
comprehensive plan;AND,
WHEREAS,The City Council has found that the final plat has met the requirements
under Section 354.8 of the Code ofIowa and the Waukee Land Subdivision Ordinance;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of March,2002 that it hereby approves the Final Plat for Enterprise
Business Park Plat 3.
