RESOLUTION 02-36
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT TO PLANNING &ZONING COMMISSION
TO REPLACE MARK SCHOEBERL
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Connnission is made up of a council member and
seven members from the connnunity;AND,
WHEREAS,Mark Schoeberl has served the P&Z Connnission honestly and faithfully;
AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Schoeberl has moved from the community and the Mayor and Council
must appoint a replacement;AND,
WHEREAS,Mayor Leslie as appointed Doug Krantz to complete the unexpired term of
Mr.Mark Schoeberl.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of March 2002 that it hereby approves the appointment of Doug
Krantz to the unexpired term of Mr.Mark Schoeberl.1
