RESOLUTION 02-41
APPROVING PAYMENT OF THE RETAINAGE FOR THE 2001 SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT TO MARKER SERVICES,INC.IN THE
AMOUNT OF $4,552.22
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee accepted the certificate of completion for the 2001
Sidewalk Improvements Project February 4,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,Marker Services,Inc.has submitted all documentation to complete the
project;AND,
WHEREAS,the city staff and city engineers have approved payment of the retainage,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of March 2002 that it hereby approves payment ofthe retainage for
the 2001 Sidewalk Improvements Project to Marker Services,Inc.in the amount of
$4,552.22.
