RESOLUTION 02-50
FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE DOWNTOWN
REDEVELOPMENT PHASE I IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,this Council has previously approved plans,specifications,form of contract
and estimate of cost for the Downtown Redevelopment Phase I Improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,a hearing has been held on objections to the Contract Documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Council finally approves the project as necessary and desirable.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this ISth day of March 2002 that it hereby finally approves and confirms plans,
specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost for the Downtown Redevelopment
Phase I Improvements.
