RESOLUTION 02-66
APPROVING THE FINAL RE-PLAT FOR WINDFIELD WEST MULTI-
FAMILY PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
municipal corporation;AND,
WHEREAS,the re-plat of Wind field West Multi-Family Plat 2 was unanimously
approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 9,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,the staff believes the re-plat of Wind field West Multi-Family Plat 2 is in
general conformance with the Waukee Municipal Code,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this is"day of April,2002 that it hereby approves the re-plat of Wind field West
Multi-Family Plat 2.
