APPROVING THE ORDER OF DETAILED PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
NOTICE OF HEARING,NOTICE TO BIDDERS AND FORM OF CONTRACT
FOR THE PHASE 2 WATER MAIN PROJECT EXTENSION WITHIN THE JOE
BRICK INDUSTRIAL/BUSINESS PARK AND SETTING MAY 8,2002 AS THE
DATE FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS AND MAY 13,2002 AS THE DATE FOR
PUBLIC HEARING AND LETTING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,city staff have reviewed and approved the proposed plans for the
installation of a 12"water main as part of the infrastructure improvements within the Joe
Brick BusinesslIndustrial Park;AND,
WHEREAS,the Council has approved the preparation of detailed plans,specifications,
notice of hearing,notice to bidders and form of contract for the construction of the Water
Main proj ect along Brick Drive.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this so"day of April 2002 that it hereby approves the ordering of detailed plans,
specifications,notice of hearing,notice to bidders and form of contract for the Phase 2
Water Main Extension within the Joe Brick IndustriallBusiness Park and setting of May
8,2002 as the date for receipt of bids and May 13,2002 as the date for public hearing and
letting.
