APPROVING THE ORDER OF DETAILED PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
NOTICE OF HEARING,NOTICE TO BIDDERS AND FORM OF CONTRACT
FOR BRICK DRIVE (PHASE3)WITHIN THE JOE BRICK
INDUSTRIALIBUSINESS PARK AND SETTING JUNE 13,2002 AS THE DATE
FOR BID OPENING AND JUNE 17,2002 AS THE DATE FOR HEARING,
LETTING AND AWARDING OF CONTRACT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have performed a limited review ofthe Brick Drive
(Phase 3)construction plans AND,
WHEREAS,the Council has approved the preparation of detailed plans,specifications,
notice of hearing,notice to bidders and form of contract for the construction of the
sanitary and storm sewer AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City ofWankee City Council in
session this 6th day of May,2002 that it hereby approves the ordering of detailed plans,
specifications,notice of hearing,notice to bidders and form of contract for the Brick
Drive (Phase 3)within the Joe Brick IndustriaVBusiness Park and setting June 13,2002
as the date for bid opening and June 17,2002 as the date for hearing,letting and
awarding of contract.
