)RESOLUTION 02-79
APPROVING SITE PLAN FOR BUDGET STORAGE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is an incorporated City within Dallas County,
Iowa;AND,
WHEREAS,the site plan has been reviewed and approved with stipulations by the
Planning and Zoning Commission which are:
I.split-face CMU used on the north-and south-facing exteriors to match
existing exteriors on other buildings on site
2.fire protection review by Waukee Fire Chief,with the developer acting on any
improvements the Fire Chief deems necessary
3.remove the current pole sign and replace with a monument sign in accordance
with the Sign Ordinance in the Municipal City Code
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kinnn,Inc.have also reviewed the site plan and suggested the
following addition:
1.The site plan should clearly indicate with a boundary line the developed part
of the site and the undeveloped part subject to development;including
existing and proposed landscaping,fencing,parking and buildings.1
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of May,2002 that it hereby approves the site plan for Budget Storage.
