RESOLUTION NO.02-70
APPROVING FY 2002 BUDGET AMENDMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to file their annual budget amendment no
later than May 31st of each year,AND,
WHEREAS,the City's proposed amendment was published in the Dallas County News
on April 25,2002,AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is not requesting a change to the published FY2002 Tax
Levy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
6th day of May 2002,that it hereby adopts the City of Waukee FY2002 Budget
Amendment as published in the Dallas County News on April 25,2002.
