RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION PLANS FOR
ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PARK PLAT 4
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Corporation;and
WHEREAS,the City has approved the Preliminary Plat for Enterprise Business Park
Plat 4 at the March 4,2002 City Council Meeting;and
WHEREAS,the developer Downing Development,has submitted construction plans for
Enterprise Business Park Plat 4;and
WHEREAS,the construction plans have been reviewed by the City Engineers and
Public Works Department and have been found to be in general conformance with the
Waukee Municipal Code and the Standard Specification for Public Improvements;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Construction Plans for Enterprise Business Park Plat 4 be approved.]
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 6th day of
May,2002.
