RESOLUTION 02-77
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PARK VIEW COMMONS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is an incorporated City within Dallas County,
Iowa;AND,
WHEREAS,the preliminary plat has been reviewed and approved with stipulations by
the Planning and Zoning Commission which are:
1.Add a minimum of four (4)feet of face brick up to the first floor plate on the
east elevation of the east units and the west elevation of the west units
2.Add a minimum of two (2)feet of face brick on east elevation of the east
garages
3.Add earth berming on the east elevation of the parking lot facing Florence
Drive,and on the west elevation ofthe west garages
4.Add a concrete flume running the south length of the property along Booth
Avenue;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have also reviewed the preliminary plat and
suggested changes.j
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of May,2002 that it hereby approves the preliminary plat for Park
View Connnons
