RESOLUTION 02-80
ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has been rapidly growing and many rezoning and
annexations have taken place,AND,
WHEREAS,the Official Zoning Map is identified by the signature ofthe Mayor,
attested by the City Clerk and will be located at City Hall,AND,
WHEREAS,the Official Zoning Map is in accordance with the Ordinance §301.4 in the
Waukee Municipal Code and Chapter 414 of the Code of Iowa,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Resolution as attached is the
Official Zoning Map of the City of Waukee;and therefore,is approved by the City of
Waukee City Council in session this 6th day of May,2002.
