FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE PHASE 2
WATER MAIN PROJECT EXTENSION WITIDN THE JOE BRICK
INDUSTRIAL/BUSINESS PARK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,this Council has previously approved plans,specifications,form of contract
and estimate of cost for the Phase 2 Water Main Proj ect Extension within the Joe Brick
IndustriallBusiness Park;AND,
WHEREAS,a public hearing has been held on objections to the Contract Documents.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 13th day of May 2002 that it hereby fmally approves the contract documents
in the preamble and the prior action ofthe Council approving them is hereby fmally
confirmed and the Proj ect,as provided for in the Contract Documents,is necessary and
desirable.
