RESOLUTION 02-88
APPROVING PURCHASE OF OVERSEEDER
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS the Waukee Park and Recreation Department desiring to keep all parks
aesthetically pleasing as possible,AND,
WHEREAS the Road Use Department having increased construction and maintenance
projects and the overseeder is a useful tool in restoration,AND,
WHEREAS Commercial Turf &Tractor having successfully demonstrated the
overseeder at a price of$7,750,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20 day of May 2002 that it hereby approves the purchase of an overseeder
from Commercial Turf &Tractor in the amount of$7,750.
