RESOLUTION 02-89
APPROVING THE TRENCHER TRADE FOR THE WAUKEE GAS
DEPARTMENT
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOFTHECITYOFWAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa is a duly organized
Municipal Corporation;AND,
WHEREAS,the City has received three comparable bids for the trencher trade;AND,
WHEREAS,Midwest Underground Supply,Inc.has proposed the lowest bid for the
trencher at $29,200.00,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of May 2002 that it hereby approves accepting the bid from Midwest
Underground Supply,LLC.for the trencher trade in for the Waukee Municipal Gas
Department.
