RESOLUTION 02-92
APPROVING VEENSTRA &KIMM,INC.AS ENGINEERS FOR THE GRANT
PARKWAY WIDENING IMPROVEMENTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Council has indicated its willingness to support widening of and the
installation of curb,intakes and storm sewer along L.A.Grant Parkway from Booth
Avenue south to the south plat boundary of Park view Crossing;AND,
WHEREAS,design and completion of these improvements now would ensure that
current and,more than likely,future owners of the property would be aware of the
assessment;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have proposed to do the design services for this
project for an estimated amount of $14,500.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 3"d day of June 2002 that it hereby approves Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.as
engineers for the Grant Parkway Widening Improvement Project.
