RESOLUTION 02-93 I
APPROVING THE PLAT OF SURVEY FOR DIVIDING BI-ATTACHED LOT FOR
MASTER CRAFTED HOMES,INC.(SUNRISE MEADOWS PLAT 2,LOT 29)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Master Crafted Homes,Inc.of 4720 78th Street Place,Urbandale,Iowa owners and
developers of Sunrise Meadows Plat 2,wish to construct "twin homes"on lots 25,26,27,28 and
29 of PI at 2;AND,
WHEREAS,Brent R.Zimmerman on behalf of Master Crafted Homes,Inc.has submitted a
Declaration of Building Restrictions,Protective Covenants and Easements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission have reviewed the documentation and have
approved the plat of survey dividing the "twin home"located on Sunrise Meadows Plat 2,Lot 29
into two single family residences.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
3rd day of June 2002 that it hereby approves the Plat of Survey for Dividing Bi-Attached Lot for
Master Crafted Homes,Inc.(Sunrise Meadows Plat 2,Lot 29)
