RESOLUTION 02-94A
APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF RICH CONKLING TO THE
UTILITY COMMITTEE AS REPLACEMENT FOR JOHN NOVOTNY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,John Novotny who has served the City of Waukee capably as a member of
the Utilities Committee for many years is moving from the community;AND,
WHEREAS,Rich Conkling as been appointed by Mayor Leslie to replace Mr.Novotny
on the Utilities Committee;AND,
WHEREAS,Mr.Conkling,employee of Energy Group,will bring valuable experience
and expertise to his role on the committee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17TH day of June 2002 that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of
Rich Conkling to the Utility Committee as replacement for John Novotny.
