RESOLUTION 02-94D
APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH DR.HOLLY HEALY,D.O.TO BE
MEDICAL DIRECTOR FOR THE WAUKEE FIRE DEPARTMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,state regulations require local emergency medical service providers to
procure a medical director;AND,
WHEREAS,Dr.Holly Healy,D.O.has agreed to become the Waukee Fire Department
EMS Medical Director beginning April 1,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,City Attomey Paul Huscher has reviewed and approved the agreement with
Dr.Healy.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of June 2002 that it hereby approves the agreement with Dr.Holly
Healy to be the Medical Director for the Waukee Fire Department.
