RESOLUTION 02-14
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR EASON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
ADDITION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Corporation;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission passed the Site Plan for Eason
Elementary School Addition on January 8,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan is in compliance with the Site Plan Ordinance in the Waukee
Municipal Code Book.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of January,2002 that it hereby approves the site plan for the Eason
Elementary School addition contingent on the completion of an agreement letter
requiring that sidewalks be installed.
