RESOLUTION 02-12
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF A WRA TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
REPRESENTATIVE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has agreed to participate in the WRA Facility Plan
Update -Phase 2 proj ect AND,
WHEREAS,meetings of all participating communities will be held regularly during the
life of the project AND,
WHEREAS,it is incumbent upon the City to appoint a representative ofthe City of
Waukee to be present at all such meetings.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day of January 2002 that it hereby approves the appointment of Mark J.
Arentsen as the WRA Technical Committee Representative for the City of Waukee.
