APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR LOT 22,WESTGATE BUSINESS PARK
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Corporation;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning and Zoning Commission passed the Site Plan for Lot 22,
Westgate Business Park on January 8,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan is in compliance with the Site Plan Ordinance in the Waukee
Municipal Code Book.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 21 st day ofJanuary,2002 that it hereby approves the site plan for Lot 22,
Westgate Business Park contingent on an increased awning size,the design and
placement ofthe water intakes and a detailed water connection being approved by city
staff.
