RESOLUTION 02-24
APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF JOE BRICK COMMERCIAL PARK
SANITARY SEWER EXTENSION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the Kkf Company has completed construction of the Joe Brick Commercial
Park Sanitary Sewer Extension;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.,city engineers,have reviewed the sanitary sewer
extension and found the construction met the City of Waukee standards;AND,
WHEREAS,Kirkham Michael,consulting engineers for the project,have submitted to
city staff copies of all documents relevant to the completion of the proj ect.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of February 2002 that it hereby approves acceptance of the Joe Brick
Commercial Park Sanitary Sewer Extension.
