RESOLUTION 02-23
APPROVING PAYMENT OF RETAINAGE FOR THE HICKMAN ROAD PUMP
STATION AND SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT TO KRI COMPANY IN THE
AMOUNT OF $23,714.69
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee accepted the certificate of completion for the Hickman
Road pump Station and Sewer Extension Project in December 2001 ;AND,
WHEREAS,Kk.I Company has submitted all documentation to complete the project;
AND,
WHEREAS,the city staff and the city engineers have approved payment ofthe
retainage.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 4th day of February 2002 that it hereby approves payment of the retainage for
the Hickman Road Pump Station and Sewer Extension Project to KRI Company in the
amount of $23,714.69.
