RESOLUTION 02-30 )
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR FARRELL'S U.S.MARTIAL ARTS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,The site plan will be completed in three (3)phases,phase one (1)will
consist of 6000 square feet with a combined total of21,600 square feet when the project
is completed;AND,
WHEREAS,The Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously approved the site plan
on February 12,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,The site plan is in general conformance with the Site Plan Ordinance in the
Waukee Municipal Code Book;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 25th day of February,2002 that it hereby approves the site plan for Farrell's
U.S.Martial Arts.
