RESOLUTION 03-63
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE
ALLCOTT SUBDIVISION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City ofWau!cee,Dallas COlUIty,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for the Allcott Subdivision on March 11,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for the Allcott Subdivision is in general conformance with
section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for the Allcott Subdivision be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 17th day of
March 2003.
