RESOLUTION 03-62
APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE
ALLCOTT SUBDIVISION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly orgauized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Connnission approved the
Preliminary Plat for the Allcott Subdivision on March 11,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Preliminary Plat for the Allcott Subdivision is in general conformance
with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Preliminary Plat for the AIIcott Subdivision be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 17'1.day of
March 2003.
