RESOLUTION 03-68
APPROVING MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF DAN FISCHER TO THE
UTILITY COMMITTEE AS REPLACEMENT FOR RICH CONKLING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Rich Conkling who has served the City of Waukee as a member ofthe
Utilities Committee since June 2002 has moved from the community;AND,
WHEREAS,Dan Fischer as been appointed by Mayor Pro Tem Peard to replace Mr.
Conkling on the Utilities Committee;AND,
WHEREAS,MI.Fischer will bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to his role on the
committee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17'11day of March 2003 that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointment of
Dan Fischer to the Utility Committee as replacement for Rich Conkling.
