RESOLUTION 03-64
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR PARKVIEW PLACE CONDOMINIUMS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan forParkview Place Condominiums on March 11,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Parkview Place Townhomes is in general conformance
with section §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Parkview Place Condominiums be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 17th day of
March 2003.
