RESOLUTION 03-65
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR MID-STATES DISTRIBUTING CO.
(WESTGATE BUSINESS PARK,LOTS 15 AND 22)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Site
Plan for Mid-States Distributing on March 11,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Mid-States Distributing is in general conformance with
section §304 -Site Plan Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Site Plan for Mid-States Distributing (Westgate Business Park,Lots 15 and
22)be approved.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 17th day of
March 2003.
