RESOLUTION 03-67
APPROVING PLAT OF SURVEY FOR WILLIAMS POINTE PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City Council approved a preliminary plat for Williams Pointe Plat 1 at
its June 3,2002 meeting;AND,
WHEREAS,the Planning &Zoning Commission approved the final plat for Williams
Pointe Plat I at its February 11,2003 meeting;AND,
WHEREAS,Williams Pointe Development,L.c.has requested approval for a Plat of
survey to allow for transfer of ownership to Williams Pointe Development,L.C.;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has been in contact with the attorney for Williams Pointe
Development,L.C.and has not objected to preparation of a Resolution approving the Plat
of Survey,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of March,2003 that it hereby approves the Plat of Survey for
Williams Pointe Development,L.C.for the property known as Williams Pointe Plat 1.
