RESOLUTION 03-69
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
WILLIAMS POINTE,PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly orgauized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final Plat for
Williams Pointe,Plat I on February 11,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,McAninch has provided a $20,000 Performance Bond for the incomplete punch list
items;included on the bond is a guaranteed completion date of April 30,2003 or the City will be
able to pull the bond in order to complete the project;AND,
WHEREAS,in the case where the bond is pnlled for completion of the improvements,the Code
Compliance Officer will not issue any Certificate of Occupancies within this plat after the April
30th date until the incomplete punch list items have been completed and approved by the City;
AND,
WHEREAS,with the exception of the above mentioned items,the Final Plat for Williams
Pointe,Plat 1 is in general conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance ofthe
Waukee Municipal Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
that the Final Plat for Williams Pointe,Plat 1 be approved.
Passed by the City Council ofthe City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 19th day of March
2003.
