FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE PUBLIC
LIBRARY SITE DEVELOPMENT -LIBRARY CIVIL BID PACKAGE NO.1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the public library site plan contingent on the
review and recommendations from the Planning and Zoning Commission on August 20,
2001,AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee approved the Public Library Site Development Bid
Package #1 on August 29,2001,AND,
WHEREAS,this Council has previously approved plans,specifications,form of contract
and estimate of cost for the library site development AND,
WHEREAS,hearing has been held on objections to the Public Library Site Development
Bid Package #1;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
24th day of September 2001 that it hereby finally approves the plans,specifications,form
of contract and estimate of cost for the site development bid package for the Waukee
Public Library.
