RESOLUTION 01-174 I
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER U ON 'lQl<ill-SIDEWALKIMPROVEMENTS,
PHASE I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee accepted the initial bid of Marker Services,me.AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee expected Marker Services,me.to install sidewalks in
an area previously without sidewalks AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee expected Marker Services,me.to correct any
unforeseen problems developing from the installation of the sidewalks in the 2001
Sidewalk Improvement AND,
WHEREAS,Marker Services,Inc.gave the City a proposal for the correction of a
drainage problem created by installation of the new sidewalk AND,
WHEREAS,City Staff and Veenstra &Kimm have found the proposal to be reasonable;
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do
hereby approve Change Order No.1 in the amount of $490.00 to Marker Services,Inc.
on this 24th day of September,2001.1
