RESOLUTION 01-192 )
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER #1 ON FOURTH STREET CUL-DE-SAC
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City Council approved the list of Urban Renewal Area Capital
Improvement Projects on July 2,2001 AND,
WHEREAS,the 4th Street Park cul-de-sac was no.3 on the list of capital improvements
AND,
WHEREAS,the 4th Street Park cul-de-sac project was started on August 21,2001 AND,
WHEREAS,in the process of completing this project,an iutake to the storm sewer had
to be relocated because gas main and fiber optics ruuning through the area were not
shown on the plan,AND
WHEREAS,Earth Movers Inc.has submitted a change order in the amount of $946.00
to relocate the intake and storm sewer grade,AND,
WHEREAS,City staff and V &K have reviewed and approved the change order,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of October 2001 that it hereby approves Change Order #1 for the
Fourth Street cul-de-sac.
