RESOLUTION 01-202
RESOLUTION APPOVING FINAL PAY ESTIMATE FOR
CONSTRUCTIONOF THE FOURTH STREET CUL-DE-SAC
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee desiring to construct a cul-de-sac at the end of Fourth Street;AND
WHEREAS,Nuckolls Concrete Services,Inc submitting the low bid and having completed
construction of the cul-de-sac;AND
WHEREAS,Nuckolls Concrete Services having requested final payment in the amount of$54,569.00;
AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has issued a Certificate of Completion for the project and recommends
payment;
NOW,THERFORE BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa do hereby approve
Nuckolls Concrete Services,Inc.request for final payment,less 10%retainage,in the amount of
$49,112.10 on this 5th day of November 2001.
