RESOLUTION 01-193
APPROVING THE FY2001 AUDIT REPORT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is an incorporated City within Dallas county,
Iowa,AND
WHEREAS,the City Council of Waukee awarded the contract for audit services to
Denman and Company,LLP on April 16,2001,AND
WHEREAS,Denman and Company,LLP has audited the FY2001 books and has found
them to be in compliance with state laws,AND
WHEREAS,Denman and Company,LLP will be presenting the findings at the
November 5,2001 Council Meeting;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Waukee City Council does
hereby approve by resolution the FY2001 Audit completed by Denman and Company,
LLP.
Passed and approved November 5,2001.
