APPROVING THE PLAT OF SURVEY FOR THE SUBDIVISION OF LOT 6,
HICKMAN WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT II
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,The Planning and Zoning approved the subdivision on October 23,2001
AND,
WHEREAS,The staff finds the subdivision in compliance with the City Ordinances
AND,
WHEREAS,The City of Waukee desires to economically develop with
Commercial/Industrial businesses AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of November,2001 that it hereby approves the Plat of Survey for the
subdivision of Lot 6,Hickman West Industrial Park,Plat IT,an official plat,City of
Waukee,Dallas County,Iowa.
