RESOLUTION 01-217
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR BRIGHTON PARK TOWNHOMES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State ofIowa,is a duly organized
municipal corporation;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Brighton Park Townhomes has been approved by the
Planning and Zoning Commission on November 13,2001;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Brighton Park Townhomes is in general conformance
with the Waukee Municipal Code Subdivision Ordinance;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19th day of November 2001 that it hereby approves the Final Plat for
Brighton Park Townhomes with the following stipulations:(1)a 31 foot BIB roadway
surface at L.A.grant Parkway must be installed;(2)sidewalks all around the project or
bonding for the sidewalks not currently in place;and (3)notice in covenant or as part of
the abstract that the property owner is responsible for the sidewalks on their property and
the private water line known as the "loop,"if it borders their property.)
