APPROVING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE HICKMAN ROAD PUMP
STATION AND SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT AS PERFORMED BY KRI
COMPANY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the KRI Company has completed the construction of the Hickman Road
Station and Sewer Extension proj ect;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kirnm,Inc.,engineers for the project,have completed an on-
site review of the completed construction and confirm that the work performed is in
substantial accordance with the plans and specifications;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kirnm,Inc.find that the final amount of the contract is four
hundred seventy-four thousand two hundred ninety-three and 751100 dollars
($474,293.75)including Change Order No.1;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17'h day of December,2001 that it hereby approves the acceptance of the
Hickman Road Pump Station and Sewer Extension Proj ect as completed by KRl
Company.l
