APPROVING PAY ESTIMATE #5 -FINAL PAY -FOR THE HICKMAN ROAD
PUMP STATION AND SEWER EXTENSION PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the KRI Company has completed the construction of the Hickman Road
Pump Station and Sewer Extension Project;AND,
WHEREAS,actual costs attributed to the completion of the Hickman Road Pump
Station and Sewer Extension Project were $474,293.75;AND,
WHEREAS,payments to KRI Company less the 5%retainage have totaled $450,579.06;
AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have approved the fmal pay estimate for KRI
Company in the amount of $2,371.37.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of December,2001 that it hereby approves pay estimate #5 -final
pay -for the Hickman Road Pump Station and Sewer Extension Project 1
