RESOLUTION 01-226
APPROVING THE ORDER OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE WAUKEE PUBLIC
LIBRARY AND SETTING 1121102AS DATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND
LETTING
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,FER was awarded the contract for architectural work in the construction of
the Waukee Public Library;AND,
WHEREAS,the site work scheduled for Fall,2001 is progressing and ahnost completed;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Council has approved the preparation of detailed plans,specifications,
notice of hearing,notice to bidders and form of contract for the construction of the
Waukee Public Library.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of December,2001 that it hereby approves the order of construction
of the Waukee Public Library and sets the date for the public hearing and letting as
January 21,2001.
