RESOLUTION 01-240
APPROVING PAY INCREASES FOR NON-REPRESENTED EMPLOYEES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,negotiations with Communication Workers of America Local 7102 have
resulted in an agreement,which was 12/12/01;AND,
WHEREAS,a four per cent wage increase plus a health insurance payment of $15.00 per
month beginning 03/01/02 and $20 per month beginning 03/01/03 were part of the
ratified agreement;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator recommends applying the same wage increase
percentage and health insurance payment requirement to non-represented employees that
apply to member of Local 7102.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1ih day of December 2001 that it hereby approves a pay increase of 4%for
non-represented employees and a health insurance payment requirement the same as the
requirement for Local 7102 members.
