RESOLUTION 03-02
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF PAUL E.HUSCHER AS CITY
ATTORNEY FOR THE YEAR 2003
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council must appoint the attorney for the position of City
Attorney annually;AND,
WHEREAS,Paul E.Huscher has served as the City Attorney in the City of Waukee with
honor,loyalty and great integrity for years;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee City Council believes that during this time Mr.Huscher has
rendered an invaluable service to the City;AND:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa does
hereby approve the appointment of Paul E.Huscher as City Attorney for the Year of
2003,this day the 6th ofJanuary,2003.}
