THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF DENNIS DOWELL AS CITY HEALTH
OFFICER FOR THE YEAR 2003
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee must annually appoint an individual to the position of
Health Officer;AND,
WHEREAS,Dennis Dowell was appointed to this position each of the previous two
years;AND,
WHEREAS,during this time,Mr.Dowell has completed the duties of Health Officer
with diligence and due care.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of Waukee,Iowa does
hereby approve the appointment of Dennis Dowell as City Health Officer for the Year
2003,this day the 6th ofJanuary,2003.
