RESOLUTION 03-09
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR
MIDWEST COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission approved the Final
Plat for Midwest Commercial Development Plat I on October 22,2002;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Midwest Commercial Development Plat I is in general
conformance with section §303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa that the Final Plat for Midwest Commercial Development Plat I be approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 6th day of
January 2003.
