RESOLUTION 03-06 I
APPROVING DALLAS COUNTY NEWS AS THE OFFICIAL PUBLICATION
FOR THE CITY OF WAUKEE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee is required to name an official publication for the
purpose of publication of City Council minutes and other required publications AND,
WHEREAS,such publication should be available to the general public and have regular
circulation in the City of Waukee AND,
WHEREAS,history of usage and general public expectations tend to support
reappointment of the Dallas County News as the City's official publication.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of January,2003 that it hereby approves the appointment of the Dallas
County News as the official publication for the City of Waukee.
