RESOLUTION 03-16
APPROVING VEENSTRA &KlMM,INC.AS ENGINEERS FOR THE
ASHWORTH DRIVE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.were approved as the engineering firm selected to
provide the design work for nine projects on the Urban Renewal Capital Improvements
List;AND,
WHEREAS,Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.have served as construction engineers for many
projects;AND,
WHEREAS,it is in the City's interest to continue the employment of Veenstra &Kimm,
Inc.in the construction phase of the Water Main Replacement Proj ect on Ashworth
Drive.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20th day of January 2003 that it hereby approves Veenstra &Kimm,Inc.as
the engineers for the Ashworth Drive Water Main Replacement Project.
