RESOLUTION 03-21
APPROVING RATIFICATION OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING
AGREEMENT WITH CW A LOCAL 71 02
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,City management staff and bargaining unit representatives reached a
tentative agreement on January 7,2003;AND,
WHEREAS,the City management team consisting of Mark Arentsen,Larry Phillips,
John Gibson,Linda Burkhart and Terry Sesker recommends approval of the tentative
agreement.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20'h day of January 2003 that it hereby approves ratification of labor
agreement with CW A Local 71 02.
