RESOLUTION 03-24
FINALLY APPROVING AND CONFIRMING PLANS,SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE HICKMAN
ROAD ARTERIAL STREET LIGHTING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously ordered and approved the plans and
specifications,form of contract and estimate of cost fOTthe Hickman Road Arterial Street
Lighting Project;AND,
WHEREAS,a public hearing has been held on objections to the Hickman Road Arterial
Street Lighting Project;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Waukee City Council in session this
3'd day of February 2003 that it hereby finally approves the detailed plans,specifications,
form of contract and estimate of cost fOT the Hickman Road Arterial Street Lighting
Project.
